The information we collect from you is solely for the purposes of processing/delivering your gift to the recipient. In order to process your order we must have your name, mailing address, phone number and email address. This information will allow us to complete your order and notify you of your order status or clarify the details of your order. Your email address is used to send you a confirmation of your order. We use a secure server to collect and process all orders.
In addition, we may also ask customers if they would like to receive special announcements or offers from us. Customers may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time by emailing us at: email@example.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. *Orders over $300 must be paid via money order or an official bank check. No credit cards will be accepted for this size order.
North Carolina state tax is 6.75%. Tax only applies to baskets delivered inside North Carolina.
Important Shipping Information
-Always include your contact phone number in the “Special Instructions” box above. We may need to contact you to clarify your order details.
-Due to updating our stock , we occasionally find it necessary to make substitutions. We reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value based upon availability.
-Message card: please provide a short message for the enclosure card in the box above.
-Our preferred method of shipping is UPS or USPS. However the USPS may be slightly more expensive. Please specify if you have a preference. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. 3 Day, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are available on orders placed by 11AM EST. Please specify when ordering.
-Shipping charges will be calculated on your order.
-If a package is returned to us or undeliverable due to the customer supplying an incorrect recipient address, it will be necessary to rebill for reshipping or redelivery. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information and the customer chooses not to reship, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
-Local delivery fees are based on mileage. Our courier service delivery fees range from $5.00 up depending on distance. Quote can be given based on approximate distance.
For orders that have multiples of more than 3, these will be packed for shipment by The UPS Store, who specilizes in large volume and unusual shipments. They are more equipped to handle this size order with utmost efficiency and materials needed. Payment for this type of packing must be done with your credit card directly to The UPS Store. UPS accounts do not qualify for payment of packing charges.
We are above all else committed to the best customer service. So great care is taken to design and package your gift so that you and your recipient will be 100% satisfied. However, due to unforeseen circumstances in the shipping process, sometimes damage can occur. If the package does arrive damaged, it must be returned to us as received in it’s original packaging unopened. Please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to rectify your concerns. Shipping charges are non refundable. No credit can be issued until we receive the returned merchandise. All packages are shipped insured.
Order Cancellation Policy
-We pride ourselves on fast service and shipping; therefore, any cancellation must be made within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Flowers and Balloons
Fresh flowers and/or balloons can be added to any gift basket that is being delivered by hand delivery.
Wine & Beer
Wine or beer can be added to your gift basket only if you provide it to us and we insert it in the gift basket. Sorry, but state laws prohibit us from shipping alcohol.
We are corporate gift specialists. We offer a variety of specialty items to meet your corporate needs including custom imprinting, plaques, awards, centerpieces or favor gifts for your convention meetings, etc. We can provide imprinting on ribbon, mugs, pens, note pads, etc. Think of us as an extension of your marketing department!
Corporate accounts may be established, however, we require a credit card for the first order, and this card number will be kept on file. Once a corporate account has been opened, your invoice will be mailed within 3 days of the order. Payment is due within 15 days of the date of the invoice date. If payment is not received by the due date, the amount will be placed on the credit card. Large volume orders may require 50% deposit. Please contact us for more details.
